“Impress them upon your children.  Talk about them when you sit at home, when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” Deuteronomy 6:7

Teachable moments arrive when we are looking to lead our children.  I wanted to start a list to get each other thinking about these moments.  I know I only have 19 readers out there so we need everyone to add few more teachable moments.  Here are a few places where teachable moments happen for the Gaston’s.  Look forward to hearing yours

Brother Todd, have you already replaced the tire? Remember I have a connetion on used, sometimes almost new tires real inexpensive through M&M. Paul Ps allot of readers do not always need to respond by writing. 19 is too small a number. Teachable momements are any time you find the three of us in the same room at the same time!

  7. Lowell Berg

    Washing the car
    Washing the dog
    Watering the lawn.

All three may very well end up in a “water fight” which is in itself a “teachable moment” !!

    caring for our family pets

    traveling from campground to campground

recalling at least one thing we are thankful for at dinner each night
