Can I just say that I certainly loved the sermon and how much conviction God has placed on me – yes I said I love conviction because without that feeling, many of us could get carried away with our schedules and our “life” as we allow it to go. God is good all the time, and all too often, we forget just how short life can be and how we should never take anything for granted – including time. Thank you Todd for being the messenger.

Thank you for your sermon this past Sunday. The words of Ecclesiasties have been a source of comfort this week. When we hear of tragic events that don’t make sense to us it is good to know that our Infinite Sovereign God reigns. Thank you for the quote on faith. I have written it in the pages of my Bible. I copied and e-mailed the 23rd Psalm Revisted to my friends and family also.

That is sad but true about our society today and sometimes I am guilty of letting the clock or the calendar run my life. Sometimes we jsut need to stop and smell the Roses and something I am always struggling with Be Still and Know that he is Lord.

I got a kick out of this, this morning and was glad to see it on here so that I could read it to my husband as he was not able to make it to church this morning. It’s so true and sad at the same time how we all have these frantic lives and sometimes we just miss the purpose and we forget that we need to just focus on our infinite God. Thanks for a great service this morning!

Thanks for posting this. It stopped me dead in my tracks when I read it. We all seem to live these manic lives at such a frenetic pace. We know it is wrong, but we do it anyway. Thanks for yet another reminder that we need to slow down and set our eyes on Jesus, and not on everything under the sun that is of little or no eternal value.
