“Are you ready for some football?”  Last night the match up of the Minnosota Vikings vs. the Green Bay Packers has me up late last night.  I was watching history as Brett Farve became the first player in history to beat all 32 teams.  It is hard to believe he will be 40 years old on Saturday.  He took a lot of heat the past two years embarrasing himself by staying in the NFL.  Well for at least one night he silenced his critics, and gained new respect from his team mates from both teams.  I am simply amazed in what he was able to do to prove to Green Bay and the rest of the world, that he was right in returning for another season.

There is something about a come back that stirs deep within all of us.  We love stories of return.  We love stories where people overcome seemingly insurmountable odds.  Rising from the ashes is a glorious thing.  We want that in our lives.  We want that for others.  We stand and cheer when we see it happen.

Thank you Brett Farve for reminding us “it ain’t over til it’s over”.  May you survive the rest of the gruelling season.  Regardless of the year, you can walk off accomplishing a new thing or maybe simply tying into an old thing.

Brett Farve Proved He can still play

Good words of Wisdom Pastor Todd. Most believers are not sure of their spiritual space and how satan is killing and destroying them. Lets dialog more about how to stop the prince of lies and his principalities, powers of darkness –what words can we speak to forbid their presence in our spiritual space God has given us. The manifestation of demons on earth is more profound in the west and less acknowledged. Lord Jesus, I pray that you would give spiritual vision for for every believer in our church, please allow them to hear your words or truth. Amen.
