Our commitment to God includes our commitment to scriptures. If you want to experience God’s revelation today, get in the Bible. Trying to lead busy people to slow down to read the Bible is a challenging task, but without reading makes obeying less likely.
Make a commitment today to God’s Word:

Once a crowd of people cried out to Jesus, “Blessed is the mother who gave birth and nursed you.” Jesus replied, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.” Luke 11:27-28
Bill and I are really looking forward to hearing this series of Messages. I really struggle staying consistent with reading the word. I guess a lot of the time I Read and then wonder what I was supposed to hear. I will say you as a pastor have challenged Us as couple to read the scriptures more then any other pastor we have had. I also think Our hearts are a bit more tender then they have been in the past. (although it is still a struggle to say consistent.) God is so awesome in how he puts us where we need to be. Keep on keeping on and know that you are getting the word out. Don’t be too discouraged with us hard headed people
