I loved your sermon this morning, and this list is a great way to start the new year focused and committed to getting my life back in order and on track with God’s will for me. Thank you!

Pastor Todd what a great serum to start the new year off Get Fit. The list of things to think about on evaluating my life that I still have a long way to go but I’m on the right track to get fit. Everyone in our lives will go threw trails and tribulations but fixing the problem areas to be more willing to do it threw Jesus Christ will be the true reward for his love and understanding for us always.

    Todd,
Thank you for being open and honest when it comes to your sermons on Sunday Mornings, actually just your life. We live in a country were we are so blessed and we do have excess and with that excess comes problems one being the Obesity issue you stated the fact for in your sermon yesterday. You see all the various commercials and magazines for how to become that perfect fit body you always dreamed of. Even TV has made it look like it can be a quick fix with the various reality shows on losing weight. The reality is it comes down to eating less and moving more, there is no quick fix. It is also realizing that only a relationship with God can fix that void so many folks are using food and many other things in this country to try and make themselves feel better. I have fallen victim of that type of thinking.
Satan loves the fact that so many of us are consumed by our appearance, our health, and just basically what we want rather than focused on what we need to be doing for God. When I say so many of us I include myself so many times. Thank you for stepping out to lead the church to take a really close look at how Fit we really are and not just physically fit so we can better serve our Lord and Savior.
I am guessing I don’t have to say anything about making an appointment this week for yourself to get a check up right? It really won’t be that bad. For a person for the last 21 years that has been going to the doctor every 6 or less months to give blood to make sure my Thyroid levels are all correct, I can tell you, you will survive one time a year doctor visit and check up. Hope you do that soon for yourself, family and as you said yesterday for the church too. We love ya at Mt. Ararat and would not like to see you sick due to lack of taking care of yourself.

    Todd,
Loved your sermon this past Sunday. As an avid CrossFitter, I’m very excited to hear about the upcoming CrossFit event. I’m a CrossFit trainer and would love to help out if I can. I couldn’t find it on the church calendar on the website. Is there a point of contact I should contact?
    Thanks for all you do!
